Hi Tracey! The Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Bowl Cleaner is something that you attach to the actual toilet, part fits inside the lid, and the rest on the side of the toilet....then, you put in a container of the liquid into the holder.....upside down....and it squirts liquid in every so many hours.....it really is working great!!!!! Totally different from the brush thingy!
